Pairing Oysters with Brabourne Wine, a match made in heaven! We’re welcoming the renowned Oyster Buoys from Ramsgate with their mobile Oyster Bar.
Guests will enjoy 1/2 dozen freshly shucked oysters, each served with accompaniments that highlight their natural flavours. Oyster Buoys will talk guests through the fascinating insights of oyster cultivation, their role in the environment, and the care taken to bring each oyster from sea to table.
With each set of oysters, guests will receive a glass of one on our exceptional wines – including two traditional method English sparkling wines – carefully chosen to enhance the oysters and with a guided tasting on each wine.
This is an exclusive event with limited spaces. We will have two time slots available at 2pm and 5pm, with the tasting taking about two hours. £60 per person.
Practical notes:
Tickets are fully refundable up to seven days before the event, thereafter no refund will be offered. Tickets need to be booked by 17th July.
Soft drinks, including Biddenden Apple Juice and a range of Kingsdown Sparkling juices, will be available to purchase on the day.
