– This wine features a symphony of stone fruits and honey on the nose, with a tickle of elegant yeast autolysis. On the palate it shows a glimmer of brioche, almonds and a fresh complex finish. Best served at 8ºC. ABV 11%
3 x Brabourne Rosé de Noirs – 2019
– Delicate salmon colour with elegant notes of wild cherries, raspberries and almond
hints on the nose.
This wine shows
a smooth entry with a fresh mineral wet-stone character and a suggestion of light brioche in the mouth.
Perfect with light Mediterranean dishes, salads, fish and crustaceans. ABV 11.5%
