We’re delighted to welcome The Little Sauna and India Outdoors to run wellness sessions in the peace and tranquillity of Brabourne . They’re well established on Hythe Beach with a keen following, but now adding a setting in the vines, in the heart of the countryside. As the sun sets, connect with nature and your own well-being.
Gather for a glass of our own Classic Cuvee around the fire pit, help yourselves to a range of teas or coffee and a few healthy nibbles and just relax in the evening quiet of the vineyard. All guests will have a yoga lesson, sound bath and sauna in small groups.
Between sessions, browse Fox and Bloom Skincare’s amazing range of natural skin products, with Donna, their owner, on hand to offer personalised advice.
