A vibrant, glossy rose, led by an aromatic lift of nectarine and apple blossom. The palate leans generously into ripe strawberry and juicy watermelon, carried by a plush, rounded texture that feels both rich and effortlessly balanced. Mild acidity keeps things fresh without interrupting its easy, flowing drinkability.

Brabourne Red Vermouth is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the hot summer of 2025. Enhanced with locally grown botanicals including rose petals, fig leaves, lavender and herbs as well as clove, aniseed and vanilla. The perfect summer aperitif or cocktail ingredient. 15% vol 50cl

TRADITIONAL METHOD ENGLISH SPARKLING WINE
A poised cuvée with generous orchard-fruit aromatics: peach, tangerine zest, and a snap of red apple. The mousse is taut and energetic. Acidity gives definition with a subtle walnut warmth. Well paired with seafood, chicken, roasted vegetables, fruit desserts or creamy cheese. Serve chilled at 8-10 ºC.

TRADITIONAL METHOD ENGLISH SPARKLING WINE
This sparkling wine presents a captivating aroma with scents of red apple skin, warm stone fruit and crumble. On the palate, the freshness is immediate, the crisp acidity beautifully balanced by notes of white cherry and hazelnut. The finish holds depth and complexity as a hint of brioche crust emerges. Best served at 5ºC to 8ºC. ABV 11.7%

This delectable white Pinot Noir has a delicate golden colour. Its expressive nose brings rose petals, peach, orange zest and apricot in an elegant bouquet. Juicy, soft and refreshing in the mouth, it pairs perfectly with grilled vegetables, salads, seafood and fruits. Best served between 9-11ºC. ABV 11.2%

This wine shows fragrant notes of green apple, lemon and mint on the nose with hints of lime. It’s very refreshing on the palate, mineral and crisp which makes it a perfect food wine: a delicious accompaniment to salads and sea food. Best served between 10-12ºC. ABV 10.5%

A new, limited edition, addition to our range. Brabourne White Vermouth is made from wine from both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. After ageing the wine in oak barrels, it has been enhanced with the extract of botanicals grown around the vineyard, including fig leaves and winter savory, as well as lavender and wormwood, to make a delightfully creamy and gently herbal drink. ABV 15%
