– This wine features a symphony of stone fruits and honey on the nose, with a tickle of elegant yeast autolysis. On the palate it shows a glimmer of brioche, almonds and a fresh complex finish. Best served at 8ºC. ABV 11%
3 x Brabourne Blanc de Noirs – 2020
– This sparkling wine presents a captivating aroma with scents of red apple skin, warm stone fruit and crumble. On the palate, the freshness is immediate, the crisp acidity beautifully balanced by notes of white cherry and hazelnut. The finish holds depth and complexity as a hint of brioche crust emerges. Great with seafood as well as white meat and creamy sauces. Recommended serving between 5ºC and 8ºC ABV 11.7%
