2 x Brabourne Classic Cuvée 2018
– Chardonnay and Pinot Noir combine to give a rich toasty nose with a delicate white fruit and citrus character. Lovely and refreshing on the palate – good mouth coating and length with youthful autolytic character and nutty finish.
2 x Brabourne Rosé de Noirs – 2019
– Delicate salmon colour with elegant notes of wild cherries, raspberries and almond hints on the nose. This wine shows a smooth entry with a fresh mineral wet-stone character and a suggestion of light brioche in the mouth. Perfect with light Mediterranean dishes, salads, fish and crustaceans.
2 x Salburga Rosé – 2022
– On the nose, this 100% Pinot Noir English Rosé is full of pomegranate, watermelon and blackberries. To the taste, it is dry and fresh with hints of strawberry and cream. Great with Mediterranean dishes, fruit and light cheeses. Best served between 5ºC and 8ºC.
