Description
Brabourne Red Vermouth is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the hot summer of 2025. Enhanced with locally grown botanicals including rose petals from our vineyard roses, fig leaves, lavender and herbs as well as clove, aniseed and vanilla to add additional depth, it’s the perfect summer aperitif over ice with a slice of orange, or neat in winter with creamy goats cheese. Alternatively, use as an ingredient in classic cocktails such as a Negroni – or allow your imagination to play.
